These Terms of Use apply to the WirelessFix website and to our SMS messaging program. By using this site or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to the terms set out below.
This program sends SMS notifications, alerts and occasional marketing communications to customers who have opted in to receive text messages from WirelessFix. Messages may include repair status updates, appointment reminders, quotes and promotional offers.
Message frequency varies. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up again as you did originally.
If you experience any issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact us at (416) 878-8542.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it. Content on this site is provided for general information about our services and may change without notice.
Quotes given online or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide and may change once we inspect your device. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty covering the work performed and the parts we supplied; the warranty does not cover new accidental damage, liquid damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
Please back up your device before any repair. While we take care with your data, we cannot be held responsible for data loss that occurs during service.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
